摘　　要：从外植体选择、体细胞发生途径、器官发生途径各时期所需要的基本培养基、激素、碳源等方面,综述了国内外近年来组织培养的研究概况,重点解决紫背天葵组培快繁技术应用于规模化育苗栽培的问题,以期为实现紫背天葵的产业化生产提供理论依据。In this paper,the research overview was concluded in the aspects of basal medium,hormone,carbon source in demand of the periods of explant selection,somatic cell generation pathway and organogenesis pathway.And it was important to solve the problem applying tissue rapid multiplication technique to large-scale seedling cultivation of Gynura bicolor,in order to provide the theoretical basis for achieving industrialized production of G.bicolor.
