浅谈石化企业直接作业环节的安全监管

摘　　要：从近些年的事故统计来看,石化企业直接作业环节的事故呈多发态势,并且未得到有效的控制,严重影响着石化企业的安全生产,是当下安全管理的瓶颈。因此,做好直接作业环节的安全监管显得尤为重要。对石化企业直接作业环节存在的薄弱问题进行客观分析,并通过采取一系列的安全监管措施,探索一条适合炼化装置安全施工、平稳运行的途径,使得事故多发的势头得以有效的遏制,从而减少事故的发生。From the accident statistics of petrochemical system in recent years,there’s an accident-prone trend in the direct operation links of petrochemical enterprises and it has not been controlled effectively.This affects the safety in production of petrochemical enterprises seriously and it has been the bottleneck of current safety management.Therefore,it is particularly important to do well in safety supervision of the direct operation links.This paper objectively analyzes the weak links of direct operation in petrochemical enterprises in order to explore a suitable way for the safe construction and smooth operation of refining unit through adopting a series of supervisory measures for safety.These curb the accident-prone momentum effectively,thereby reducing the occurrence of accidents.
