九通清络膏治疗糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症坏死期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究九通清络膏辅治糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症(DAO)坏死期的疗效及对患者相关功能的影响。方法:选取80例DAO坏死期患者作为研究对象,采用隐匿数字随机法分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组患者均给予基础治疗,包括降糖、抗感染等,在此基础上对照组每日以京万红软膏局部外敷,观察组每日以九通清络膏局部外敷,治疗1个月。治疗前、后检测血管内皮功能相关指标,并取创面肉芽组织行组织病理学检查,评价疗效。结果:治疗后观察组血管内皮功能等相关指标和临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:九通清络膏治疗DAO可促进创面愈合,提高疗效,其作用机制可能是通过调节血管内皮功能来实现的。Objective:To study the efficacy of Jiutong Qingluo ointment on the necrosis stage of diabetic arterial occlusion of lower extremities(DAO)and its effect on the related functions of patients.Methods:Eighty patients with the necrosis stage of DAO were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each by a hidden number random method.All the patients were given basic treatment including hypoglycemic and antiinfection therapies and besides,the control group was topically applied with Jingwanhong ointment while the observation group with Jiutong Qingluo ointment daily for 1 month.The indicators related to endothelial function were determined before and after treatment and the pathologic examination of granulation tissue was also performed to evaluate the curative effect.Results:The endothelial function and the curative effect were better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiutong Qingluo ointment for the treatment of DAO can promote wound healing and improve curative effect,and its mechanism may be realized by regulating endothelial function.
