摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在心脏瓣膜关闭不全合并感染性心内膜炎患者抗感染治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例心脏瓣膜关闭不全合并感染性心内膜炎患者的抗感染给药方案制定的过程,从治疗药物监测、用药方案调整等方面协助临床医师优化用药方案,在用药过程中做好用药安全性监护。结果:临床医师采纳临床药师建议,患者感染控制,未出现明显不良反应。结论:在感染性心内膜炎的治疗过程中,临床药师的参与可帮助临床医师选择有效、经济、安全的治疗方案。Objective:To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in the formulation of anti-infection plan in patients with cardiac valvular insufficiency complicated with infective endocarditis.Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the formulation of the anti-infective plan in a patient with cardiac valvular insufficiency complicated with infective endocarditis.Clinical pharmacists assisted clinicians in optimizing the drug therapy scheme and monitoring the safety and efficacy of medication by monitoring the use of therapeutic drugs and adjusting drug therapy schemes.Results:The clinician accepted the recommendation of clinical pharmacists and the disease was relieved and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the course of the treatment.Conclusion:The participation of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of infective endocarditis can help clinicians effectively,economically and safely treat the patient.
