参绒洁阴泡沫剂对霉菌性阴道炎模型兔阴道分泌物及阴道黏膜组织病理改变的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参绒洁阴泡沫剂对霉菌性阴道炎模型兔阴道分泌物及阴道黏膜组织病理改变的影响。方法将60只大耳白兔按照随机数字表法分为6组。空白组、模型组、阳性药组及参绒洁阴干膏粉高、中、低剂量组,各10只。空白组不注射白色念珠菌;另外5组大耳白兔阴道注入浓度1×10^7 cfu/mL的白色念珠菌混悬液,0.1 mL/只。每日1次,连续注射5 d造模成功。造模成功次日,参绒洁阴干膏粉高、中、低剂量组分别按0.4、0.2、0.1 g/kg体质量阴道给药;阳性药组予克霉唑栓0.2 g/kg体质量阴道给药;空白组、模型组阴道内予等容积蒸馏水阴道给药。各组兔均连续给药7 d后,比较各组兔治愈率;观察各组兔外阴或阴道分泌物涂片;比较各组兔阴道黏膜组织活检病理分级及观察病理形态。结果阳性药组及参绒洁阴干膏粉高、中、低剂量组兔治愈率均高于模型组(P<0.05);参绒洁阴干膏粉高、中、低剂量组及阳性药组两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阳性药组及参绒洁阴干膏粉高、中、低剂量组兔阴道黏膜组织活检病理分级均优于模型组(P<0.05)。参绒洁阴干膏粉高、中、低剂量组及阳性药组两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参绒洁阴干膏粉治疗霉菌性阴道炎模型兔疗效确切,不仅可抑制白色念珠菌的生长,还可有效改善模型兔阴道黏膜组织活检病理分级,与克霉唑栓疗效相当,因参绒洁阴干膏粉低剂量组用药量少,此剂量组更值得临床进一步研究。Objective To observe the effect of Shenrong Jieyin foam on vaginal secretion and pathological changes of vaginal mucosa in model rabbits with colpitis mycotica. Methods 60 rabbits were randomly divided into six groups: blank group, model group, positive drug group and Shenrong Jieyin dry cream powder high, medium and low dose group, with 10 rabbits in each group. The blank group was not injected with candida albicans;the other 5 groups were injected with 1 × 10^7 CFU/mL of candida albicans suspension, 0.1 mL/rabbit vagina. All groups were treated once a day for 5 days, the model was made successfully. The next day after the successful establishment of the model, Shenrong Jieyin dry cream powder was given by vagina with body mass of 0.4, 0.2 and 0.1 g/kg respectively in the high, medium and low dose groups;the positive drug group was given by vagina with body mass of 0.2 g/kg of clotrimazole suppository;the blank group and the model group were given by vagina with equal volume distilled water. After 7 days of continuous administration, the cure rate of each group was compared. The smear of vulva or vaginal secretion of each group was observed. The pathological grade and morphology of vaginal mucosa tissue biopsy of each group were compared. Results The cure rate of rabbits in the positive drug group and Shenrong Jieyin dry cream powder high, medium and low dose group was higher than that in the model group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the high, medium and low dose Shenrong Jieyin dry ointment powder group and the positive drug group(P>0.05). The pathological grade of vaginal mucosa biopsy in the positive drug group and Shenrong Jieyin dry cream power high, medium and low group was better than that in the model group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the high, medium and low dose Shenrong Jieyin dry cream powder group and the positive drug group(P>0.05).
