摘  要:由于梨状肌综合征(piriformis syndrome,PS)源性坐骨神经痛与腰椎间盘突出源性坐骨神经痛相似,临床上较难区分,诊断PS时易出现误诊和漏诊。随着医学影像技术的发展进步,其在PS的诊断与治疗方面发挥了很大作用。磁共振成像成为诊断PS影像学中的重要手段,而超声的无创、无辐射、可重复性好等优点使其在浅表肌肉、神经神经性的诊断方面更为适宜。应用计算机断层扫描及超声引导对PS的局部封闭方法安全有效,超声引导注射技术提高了梨状肌定位的准确性。笔者主要就目前PS的影像学研究现状作一综述。Because sciatica due to piriformis syndrome(PS)is similar to sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation,it is difficult to distinguish them clinically.Misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis are easy to occur in the diagnosis of PS.With the development of medical imaging technology,it has played a great role in the diagnosis and treatment of PS.MRI has become an important method in PS imaging,and the advantages of ultrasound,such as non-invasive,non radiation and good repeatability,make it more suitable in the diagnosis of superficial muscles and nerves.The application of CT and ultrasound guidance is safe and effective for the local sealing method of PS,and ultrasound-guided injection technology improves the accuracy of piriform muscle positioning.The authors mainly reviews the current status of imaging studies of PS.
