摘　　要：以盐城2019年9号台风"利奇马"为研究对象,结合多年水文、工情等资料,分析由台风引起的暴雨洪水的主要特征及其成因。指出台风影响期间盐城市普降暴雨,局部特大暴雨,渠北和里下河地区河网水位迅速上涨,沿海闸坝水位普遍超警。通过对暴雨洪水特性进行分析,提出里下河地区面临的防洪压力越来越大。结果可为进一步做好盐城市防台减灾工作提供科学依据。Taking the typhoon"Lichma"on the 9 th of 2019 in Yancheng as the research object,combined with the hydrological and engineering conditions for many years,the main characteristics and causes of the torrential rain caused by the typhoon were analyzed.It is pointed out that the torrential rains in the salt city during the typhoon period,local heavy rains,the water level of the river network in the Qubei and Lixiahe areas increased rapidly,and the water level of the coastal dams was generally over-alarmed.By analyzing the characteristics of storm floods,it is proposed that the flood control pressure faced by the Lixiahe area is increasing.The results can provide a scientific basis for further improving the disaster prevention work of Yancheng City.
