中心静脉导管的不同固定方法在结核性胸腔积液引流中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究中心静脉导管的不同固定方法在结核性胸腔积液引流中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的421例结核性胸膜炎患者按收治时间分为对照组(205例,传统贴膜固定)和观察组(216例,引流导管固定器加强粘力弹性胶布蝶形固定)。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组导管脱落、阻塞、固定引发不适发生率均低于对照组,导管固定满意度高于对照组,住院时间、固定材料更换时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论引流导管固定器加强粘力弹性胶布蝶形固定在结核性胸腔积液引流中效果更优,可降低导管脱落率,缩短住院时间。Objective To study the application effect of different fixation methods of central venous catheter in tuberculous pleural effusion drainage.Methods A total of 421 patients with tuberculous pleurisy admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(205 cases,traditional lamination fixation)and observation group(216 cases,drainage catheter fixator and butterfly fixation with strongelastic adhesive tape)according to the time of admission.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of catheter shedding,obstruction and discomfort caused by fixation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the satisfaction of catheter fixation was higher than that in the control group,and the hospital stay and replacement time of fixed materials were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drainage catheter fixator and butterfly fixation with strongelastic adhesive tape in tuberculous pleural effusion drainage has a better effect,which can reduce the rate of catheter shedding,and shorten hospital stay.
