摘　　要：目的观察气化咳喘膏联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床效果。方法回顾分析我院收治的68例COPD稳定期患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)。对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,观察组在此基础上加用气化咳喘膏。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FVC%、FEV1、PaO2、FEV1/FVC均升高,PaCO2均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气化咳喘膏联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗COPD稳定期患者,可减轻其呼吸道症状,改善肺功能和动脉血气分析指标,且安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of gasified Kechuan ointment combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase.Methods The clinical data of sixty-eight COPD patients in stable stage enrolled in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).The control group was given salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation,while the observation group added with gasified Kechuan ointment on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC%,FEV1,PaO2 and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased,and PaCO2 decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gasified Kechuan ointment combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation can alleviate respiratory symptoms,improve pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis indexes in patients with COPD in stable phase,with safety and efficacy.
