健脾清胃汤联合调理脾胃灸治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究健脾清胃汤联合调理脾胃灸对脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床疗效及对中医症状评分和预后的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年6月收治的96例脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各48例。观察组采用中医健脾清胃汤联合调理脾胃灸治疗,对照组采用常规西医药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分和预后情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组苦口口黏、胃脘热痛、胸脘痞满、食欲不振、胆汁反流评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的Hp清除率为79.17%,高于对照组的60.42%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的复发率为2.08%,低于对照组的14.58%(P<0.05)。两组患者的恶性病变率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾清胃汤联合调理脾胃灸治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效确切,可促进患者临床症状的改善,有效清除Hp,复发率低。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qingwei decoction combined with moxibustion for regulating spleen and stomach on chronic superficial gastritis of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach and the influences on TCM symptom score and prognosis.Methods From January 2019 to June 2019,96 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Qingwei decoction and moxibustion for regulating the spleen and stomach,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of bitter mouth and sticky mouth,epigastralgia,chest epigastrium,anorexia and bile regurgitation in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate in the observation group was 79.17%,which was higher than 60.42%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.08%,which was lower than 14.58%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in malignant lesion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qingwei decoction combined with moxibustion for regulating spleen and stomach is effective in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach.It can promote the improvement of the clinical symptoms of the patients,effectively remove Hp,and has a low recurrence rate.
