益气养阴活血通络法治疗冠心病室性早搏（气阴两虚、心络瘀阻证）的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴活血通络法治疗冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚、心络瘀阻证)的效果。方法将150例冠心病室性早搏患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用常规西药联合益气养阴活血通络法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组血清ET-1、TXB2水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血通络法治疗冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚、心络瘀阻证),有助于改善患者血管内皮功能及临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo therapy on ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease(deficiency of both Qi and Yin,syndrome of stagnation of heart collaterals).Methods A total of 150 patients with ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of ET-1 and TXB2 in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo therapy in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease(deficiency of both Qi and Yin,syndrome of stagnation of heart collaterals)is helpful to improve the vascular endothelial function,clinical symptoms and the treatment effect.
