温针灸联合穴位贴敷对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸联合穴位贴敷对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的96例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的患者随机分为对照组(48例,温针灸)和观察组(48例,温针灸+穴位贴敷)。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的血液流变学指标及平均血流速度(Vm)、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分及中医症候积分均优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合穴位贴敷对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的血液流变学指标,促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with acupoint application on vertebrabasilar artery ischemic vertigo. Methods A total of 96 patients with vertebra-basilar artery ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into control group(48 cases, warm acupuncture) and observation group(48 cases, warm acupuncture +acupoint application). The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the hemorheological indexes, the mean blood flow velocity(Vm), the scores of dizziness handicap inventory(DHI) and TCM symptom in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with acupoint application on vertebra-basilar artery ischemic vertigo has significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the hemorheological indexes and promote the recovery of patients.
