摘 要:氯丙酮是一种应用广泛的有机合成原料。目前氯丙酮的合成路线中,直接氯化等方法不可避免地会产生难以分离的副产物。采用二元醇作为溶剂,使丙酮氯化选择性得到了明显提高,并从反应机理等方面探究了二元醇溶剂的优势。针对丙酮氯化的溶剂进行了筛选,发现以乙二醇作为溶剂较为理想,并考察了最优化的反应条件。Chloroacetone is a widely used raw material for organic synthesis.At present,there are many synthetic routes of chloroacetone,among which direct chlorination and other methods inevitably produce by-products that are difficult to separate.The selectivity of acetone chlorination was improved obviously by using diol as solvent,and the advantages of diol solvent were explored from the aspect of reaction mechanism.The solvents for acetone chlorination were screened,and it was found that glycol was the ideal solvent,and the optimal reaction conditions were discussed.
