摘　　要：通过制作一个合格的焊接工艺试板来论证碳钢与304奥氏体不锈钢之间异种钢焊缝各焊道的化学元素组成,并通过对比来判断异种钢焊缝出现未熔合的原因,结合金属材料学的知识进行了解释,最后提出了异种钢焊接在施工及检修时应注意的问题。By making a qualified welding process test plate,the chemical elements of weld beads of dissimilar steel between carbon steel and 304 austenitic stainless steel were demonstrated,and the cause of unfusion of dissimilar steel welds was determined by comparison,which was explained combining with the knowledge of materials science.Finally,the problems that should be paid attention to in construction and maintenance of dissimilar steel welding were put forward.
