摘　　要：目的分析腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)和乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)在胸腔积液中的鉴别诊断价值。方法将收取时间在2016年2月1日—2019年3月10日的60例胸腔积液患者用作本次实验研究的数据值调查以及分析资料,分组手段则使用抽签分组方法,观察组和对照组都最终收入30例结核性胸腔积液患者。对两组ADA和LDH水平实施检测,比较测试结果。结果观察组患者的ADA水平(69.17±16.15)IU/L,显著高于对照组患者,而LDH水平(192.15±54.12)IU/L,低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的ADA阳性率80.00%高于对照组患者,而LDH阳性率26.67%低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论ADA和LDH在胸腔积液鉴别诊断中,具有显著的应用价值,能利于临床医师对病因进行初步诊断,为后期治疗提供有利依据。Objective To analyze the differential diagnostic value of ADA and LDH in pleural effusion.Methods 60 patients with pleural effusion from February 1,2016 to March 10,2019 would be used as data value survey and analysis data for this experimental study.Grouping methods would use the lottery grouping method,observation group and control.The group eventually received 30 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion.The ADA and LDH levels of the two groups were tested and the results were compared.Results The ADA level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.17±16.15)IU/L,while the LDH level(192.15±54.12)IU/L was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the ADA positive rate in the observation group was 80.00% higher than that in the control group,while the LDH positive rate was 26.67% lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ADA and LDH have significant application value in differential diagnosis of pleural effusion,which can help clinicians to make a preliminary diagnosis of the etiology and provide a favorable basis for later treatment.
