摘　　要：PPP项目履约过程中私人部门的信任感知会受到公共部门控制状况的影响,而不同角色感知下的这种影响是存在差异的。首先,通过文献分析构建了以公共部门的合同履行控制为自变量、私人部门的信任感知为因变量、角色感知为调节变量的理论模型;然后,模拟了8种角色感知与合同履行控制组合的情境,从能力与善意两方面对私人部门的信任感知进行测量,从而采集到224组有效的实验数据;最后,采用方差分析处理实验数据,对提出的理论模型进行实证检验。研究结果显示:①角色感知在合同履行控制对能力信任感知、善意信任感知的影响中均起着显著的调节作用;②父子关系和商人关系下,合同履行控制对能力信任感知产生负向影响,且商人关系比父子关系下的影响更敏感,而兄弟关系和朋友关系下则产生正向影响,且朋友关系比兄弟关系下的影响更敏感;③父子、兄弟和朋友关系下,合同履行控制对善意信任感知产生正向影响,且父子关系下的影响最敏感、朋友关系下的次之、兄弟关系下的最末,而商人关系下则产生负向影响。基于以上研究结论,得出公共部门在PPP合同执行过程中根据私人部门的类型对其进行适当控制的策略建议。The control of the public can influence the trust perception of the private during the implementation of the PPP contract,but the way it affects is inconclusive.At different times,there are various types of the private sector in China.They mainly include state-owned enterprises(local state-owned enterprises and central state-owned enterprises),private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises.The role of the private sector inevitably shows differences when a cooperative relationship is established between different types of the private sector and the public sector.This is also the reason that the private sector has different psychological expectations for the partnership.Thus,the role perception of the private sector may be an important contingency factor that affects the relationship between control and trust in PPP projects.Firstly,the role perception of the private sector in PPP project is divided into four types in China,including father-son relationship,brotherhood,friendship,and trading relationship,according to the analysis of the related literature on the role theory.The conceptual model including trust perception,contract implementation control,and role perception is developed through theoretical analysis.Secondly,eight different types of scenario simulation about the combination of role perception and contract implementation control are designed.Role perception is divided into four types:father-son relationship,brotherhood,friendship,and trading relationship.Contract implementation control consists of two control points:supervision and period report.The control is divided into two types(high control,low control).The perception of trust in the private sector is measured in both competence and goodwill.On this basis,PPP scholars working in several famous universities and senior management staff working in several PPP consultant firms in China are invited to participate in this experiment.At last,224 valid data are collected through a questionnaire survey.Thirdly,the statistical test is carried out to tes
