摘 要:为了掌握非金属管道泄漏参数的变化规律,运用Fluent模拟分析0.10、0.18、0.26 MPa下泄漏和非泄漏状态的管道内压力及流量的变化规律,然后对仿真模拟的结果进行试验验证。对比数值模拟和试验结果发现:未泄漏时,管道内压力和流速变化都很小。泄漏时,整个管段内压力都会减小,首、末端压力呈近似线性梯度降低且几乎不受管道压力的影响。影响管道压力、流量参数等变化的主要因素有管道的沿程损失和管道局部损失。In order to study the leakage law of non-metallic pipelines,the Fluent was used to analyze the variation of pressure and flow rate in leakage and non-leakage pipelines under pressure of0.10,0.18 and 0.26 MPa.The results of the simulation were verified by experiments under the same conditions.The numerical simulation and experimental analysis data were compared and the results showed that the pressure and flow rate changes in the pipe are small when there is no leakage.When leaking,the pressure in the whole pipe section will decrease,the pressure from the first to the end of pipe will decrease with an approximately linear gradient and will be almost unaffected by the pipe pressure.The main factors affecting the variation of pressure and flow parameters of pipeline are the loss along pipeline and local loss of pipeline.
