摘 要:为了加快电动汽车的发展,解决换电站内因电池集中充电所引起的安全问题,消除车辆用户和政府管理部门对其安全的质疑。通过对换电站的危险源分析,结合其危险定性,针对其消防安全,从安全架构设计的角度提出了"五层安全保障"的设计架构方案,阐述了系统的控制方案。通过提升换电站的安全设计,为换电站的安全运营和政府部门的监管提供参考依据。In order to speed up the development of electric vehicles,solve the safety problems caused by the concentrated charging of batteries in battery swapping stations, and eliminate the doubts of vehicle users and government departments about safety of battery swapping station. Based on the analysis of the dangerous sources and hazardous properties of the battery swapping stations,in the light of their fire safety, the design framework of "five-tier safety assurance" is put forward from the point of view of safety architecture design, and the control scheme of the system is expounded.By improving the safety design of the battery swapping station, it can provide reference for safety operation or governmental supervision department of the battery swapping station.
