摘  要:为了进一步研究山楂配方颗粒的质量控制方法,以山楂标准汤剂为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱仪与GL science C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸为流动相,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,应用特征图谱技术以及中药指纹图谱相似度评价软件提取山楂标准汤剂特征图谱中的特征成分。研究表明,15批山楂标准汤剂中共确定了7个特征峰,分离度较好,且峰面积较大,易于识别,使用参照物标定了3个特征峰成分,各共有峰相对保留时间的RSD值小于2.5%。所建立的山楂标准汤剂HPLC特征图谱方法可靠、稳定,为山楂配方颗粒质量控制提供了一定的参考。In order to study the quality control method of Crataegi fructus formula granules,the standard decoction of Crata-egi fructus is taken as the research object,the GL science C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm)chromatograms column are used.Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid is mobile phase,the column temperature is 30℃,the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength is 254 nm.The characteristic components in the characteristic of the standard decoction of Crataegi fructus are extracted by using characteristic atlas technology and similarity evaluation software of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint.The results show that there are 7 characteristic peaks in 15 batches of Crataegi fructus standard decoction.The separation degree is good,and the peak area is large and easy to identify.Three characteristic peaks are calibrated with reference substance.RSD value of relative retention time of each common peak is less than 2.5%.The established characteristic chromatographic method of Crataegi fructus standard decoction is reliable and stable,which provides a reference for the quality control of Crataegi fructus formula granules.
