基于收入结构的苏北农民增收路径研究

摘　　要：通过对苏北农民收入结构现状分析以及和苏南、苏中的对比分析发现,苏北工资性收入比例相对较低、家庭经营性收入比例相对较高,财产性收入比例与苏南的差距较大、转移性支付收入比例稳中有升。为了拓展苏北农民的增收路径,本文基于收入结构,提出提升农民职业素质、培育乡村新型经营主体、推进农村集体产权制度改革、增加医疗、社保等专项转移支付等农民增收对策。Through the analysis of the current situation of farmers'income structure in northern jiangsu and the comparison between southern jiangsu and central jiangsu,it is found that the proportion of wage income in northern jiangsu is relatively low,the proportion of family operating income is relatively high,the gap between the proportion of property income and southern jiangsu is large,and the proportion of transfer payment income is steadily rising.In order to expand the way of increasing farmers'income in northern jiangsu,based on the income structure,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve farmers'professional quality,cultivate new rural business entities,promote the reform of rural collective property rights system,increase special transfer payments such as medical treatment and social security.
