摘　　要：探讨医院药学信息化管理路径的应用效果。收集未实施信息化管理科室的1 000张处方数据作为对照组,已经实施信息化管理科室的1 000张处方数据作为观察组。采用武警黑龙江总队医院药学部自制的服务满意度调查表进行药学服务优良率评估。结果表明,观察组的处方合格率为97.30%,对照组的处方合格率为84.2%,两组处方差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。通过医院药学信息化管理,使药品管理工作更加科学,医院也获得了更多的经济效益,医护人员的医疗水平和服务水平也有了显著提高。To explore the application effect of hospital pharmacy information management path, 1 000 prescriptions data of departments without information management were collected as control group, and 1 000 prescriptions data of departments with information management were collected as observation group. The excellent rate of pharmaceutical care was evaluated by using the self-made service satisfaction questionnaire of the pharmaceutical department of Heilongjiang General Hospital of the Armed Police. The results showed that the qualified rate of prescription in observation group was 97.30%, and that in the control group was 84.2%, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Through the hospital pharmacy information management, make the drug management more scientific, the hospital has also obtained more economic benefits, and the medical level and service level of medical staff have also been significantly improved.
