摘  要:应用Ansys有限元分析软件对差动式干选机整体机架进行静力分析和模态分析,得到整体机架的应力、应变云图和前10阶固有频率以及振型。根据有限元分析结果,对整体机架的结构进行优化,确保整体机架在外载荷和激振器的作用下不会发生共振,并且应力、应变在允许范围内,为整体机架的结构设计及改进提供理论依据。差动式干选机研制成功并得到系列化生产以及推广应用,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。The static analysis and modal analysis of the whole frame of the differential-motion separator by using Ansys finite element analysis software, the stress and strain nephogram and the first 10 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the whole frame are obtained. According to the results of finite element analysis, the structure of the whole frame is optimized. It ensures that the whole frame will not resonate under the action of external loads and exciters, and the stress and strain are within the allowable range. It provides a theoretical basis for the structural design and improvement of the whole frame. The differential-motion dry separator has been successfully developed, serialized, promoted and applied, achieving good economic and social benefits.
