摘 要:目的:研究不同低温下Wistar大鼠血凝七项(凝血酶原时间PT,凝血酶原活性PT%,凝血酶原时间比值PTR,国际标准化比值INR,活化部分凝血活酶时间APTT,凝血酶时间TT,纤维蛋白原FBG)及血小板各项(血小板PLT,血小板分布率PDW,平均血小板体积MPV,大型血小板比例P-LCR)指标的变化。方法:随机选取40只Wistar大鼠,雌雄不拘,体重为180~270g,随机分为4组(常温组,20℃组,15℃组,10℃组),分别置于低温仪中1h后,尾静脉采血测量各项指标,并记录。结果:10℃组较20℃组TT有统计学意义(P<0.05),20℃组较常温组的FBG有统计学意义(P<0.05),15℃组较常温组FBG相比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。10℃组较其他3组PDW和MPV均有显著差异(P<0.01),10℃组较常温组和20℃组P-LCR有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:不同低温对大鼠血凝和血小板等有不同影响。Objective: To study the different low temperature Wistar rats blood clot seven [prothrombin time(PT), prothrombin activity(PT %), prothrombin time ratio(PTR), international standardization ratio(INR), activated partial clotting enzyme live time(APTT), thrombin time(TT), fibrinogen(FBG)] and the platelet[platelet(PLT), platelet distribution(PDW), mean platelet volume(MPV), large proportion of platelet(P-the LCR)] index changes.Methods: Forty Wistar rats, male and female, with body weight ranging from 180 to 270 g, were randomly divided into four groups(normal temperature group, 20 ℃ group, 15 ℃ group and 10 ℃ group). After being placed in a low-temperature apparatus for 1 hour, each index was measured by tail vein blood sampling and recorded.Results: TT difference between the 10 ℃ group and the 20 ℃ group was statistically significant(P<0.05);FBG difference between the 20 ℃ group and the normal temperature group was statistically significant(P<0.05);FBG difference between the 15 ℃ group and the normal temperature group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison of PDW and MPV between the 10℃ group and the other three groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01), and the p-lcr between the 10℃ group and the normal temperature group and the 20 ℃ group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion: different hypothermia has different effects on blood coagulation and platelet in rats.
