髓内钉和钢板固定治疗胫腓骨多段骨折的比较

摘  要:目的对比髓内钉微创和钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨多段骨折的疗效。方法选取我院收治的65例胫腓骨多段骨折患者,纳入时间为2016年1月—2018年6月。将其随机分为2组:31例行钢板内固定术作为对照组,34例行髓内钉微创术作为试验组,评定手术疗效和并发症情况。结果试验组术中出血量少、骨折愈合时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率为5.9%,低于对照组的25.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的手术用时、Johner-Wruhs评分优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论髓内钉微创治疗胫腓骨多段骨折疗效优于钢板内固定,可缩短愈合时间、减少术后并发症,值得推广。Objective To compare the efficacy of minimally invasive intramedullary nailing and plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibia and fibula fracture.Methods 65 cases of tibia and fibula fracture in our hospital were enrolled from January 2016 to June 2018.They were randomLy divided into two groups:31 cases of plate internal fixation as control group,34 cases of intramedullary nail minimally invasive surgery as experimental group,to evaluate of surgical efficacy and complications.Results The experimental group had less bleeding and shorter healing time(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was 5.9%,lower than 25.8%of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and Johner-Wruhs score had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intramedullary nail minimally invasive treatment of tibia and fibula fracture is superior to plate internal fixation,which can shorten the healing time and reduce postoperative complications,and is worthy of promotion.
