魏家堡水电站建设工程进度控制实践探析

摘　　要：文章以宝鸡峡魏家堡水电站建设工程为案例,分析了所采取的进度控制原则、措施及效果,通过制定进度网络图、周密组织、分工协作、倒排工期、抓好关键线路、克服雨雪天气的干扰、加班加点赶工等措施,做好施工过程动态控制,较陕西省政府计划工期提前半年完成了工程建设任务。Baoji Gorge Weijiapu Hydropower Station Construction Project is adopted as a case.The adopted progress control principle,measures and effect are analyzed.The construction process is dynamically controlled by formulation of schedule network diagram,careful organization,work collaboration,inversion of project schedule,special attention to the key lines,overcoming of the interference from rain and snow weather,work overtime,etc.The project construction task is completed six months in advance compared with the plan formulated by Shaanxi Provincial Government.
