摘 要:提出了一种施工物料提升机的结构优化设计,包括物料箱、支撑柱、滑轨、滚轮,两对滚轮均与物料箱连接,物料箱与滚轮之间连接有主压缩弹簧,主压缩弹簧内插接有主伸缩杆,主伸缩杆的外侧套接有环形撞击橡胶垫和环形减震橡胶垫,且环形撞击橡胶垫与滚轮固定连接.滚轮与滑轨间的摩擦力较小,不影响物料箱的拆卸维护.工程应用证明,这一改进使得滚轮不易从滑轨内脱出,从而大大减少了在物料箱提升过程中的安全事故.This paper proposes a structure optimization design of the construction material hoist,including material box,sticks,sliding rails,roller.Two pairs of rollers are connected to the material box.There is the main compression spring between the material box and the roller,plugging in the telescopic rod.The outer side of the main expansion rod is covered with a ring impact rubber pad and a ring shock absorber rubber.The ring impact rubber pad is fixedly connected with the roller.The friction between roller and sliding rail is small,which does not affect the disassembly and maintenance of material box.Engineering application proves that this improvement makes it difficult for the roller to escape from the sliding rail,thus greatly reducing the safety accidents in the process of material box lifting.
