摘　　要：基于F市经济发展的现状,围绕完善快递包装废弃物的回收,设计F市政府和居民之间的博弈模型,分别分析不存在外部压力和存在外部压力时博弈模型的结果,认为欠发展城市可以完善快递包装废弃物的回收,这不仅有利于快递包装废弃物的资源化利用,还能为欠发展城市生活垃圾分类处理制度建设打好基础。On the basis of the current economic development in F city and the improvement of express packaging waste recycling,a game model between the city's government and residents was designed.The results of the game model without external pressure and the game model with external pressure were analyzed respectively.It is believed that less-developed cities can improve the recycling of express packaging waste,which is not only conducive to the resource recycling of express packaging waste,but also can lay a good foundation for the construction of household garbage classification and disposal system in less-developed city.
