摘  要:采用煤矸石为原料利用两步溶出法得到试验用硅铝,加入一定量的导向剂和柠檬酸在碱性条件下反应制备分子筛。由XRD、扫描电镜和吸附试验确定最佳试验合成条件,即加入3%的导向剂、柠檬酸∶氧化铝为1的柠檬酸、晶化时间为60 min时,合成的分子筛吸附曲线符合Langmuir模型,动力学吸附速率满足二阶吸附速率方程。利用煤矸石制备超微分子筛一方面解决了煤矸石的污染问题,另一方面增加了煤矸石的附加价值,达到变废为宝的效果,实现了环保低碳的要求。Using coal gangue as raw material,two-step dissolution method was used to obtain the experimental silicon aluminum,and a certain amount of guiding agent and citric acid were added to prepare molecular sieves under alkaline conditions.The optimum synthesis conditions were determined by XRD,SEM and adsorption test.When 3%guiding agent,citric acid with same dosage with aluminum oxide were added and crystallization time was 60 min,the adsorption curve of the synthesized molecular sieve was in accordance with Langmuir model,and the kinetic adsorption rate met the second order adsorption rate equation.The preparation of ultra-fine molecular sieve from coal gangue not only solved the pollution problem of coal gangue,but also increased the additional value of coal gangue,achieved the effect of turning waste into treasure,and met the requirement of environmental protection and low carbon.
