摘　　要：为确定餐厅废气排放对大气空气质量的影响,提出一种考虑餐厅废气排放的大气污染治理模型。首先确定该浓度下大气污染物分布规律;分析污染物分布规律,并按照餐厅产生废气的不同途径计算大气中的污染物总量;对污染物总量进行污染成分分析,计算大气污染物浓度;受大气温度、湿度、风速及风向的影响,以此为基础计算大气污染指数,根据污染指数变动情况明确大气污染治理效果的影响。结果表明,餐厅废气排放对大气污染治理的效果具有一定影响。In order to determine the influence of restaurant exhaust emission on air quality, an air pollution control model considering restaurant exhaust emission is proposed. Firstly, the distribution law of air pollutants at this concentration is determined. The distribution law of pollutants is analyzed and the total amount of pollutants in the atmosphere is calculated according to the different ways of producing waste gas from restaurants. The total pollution components are analyzed to calculate the concentration of air pollutants. Affected by atmospheric temperature, humidity, wind speed and wind direction, the air pollution index is calculated on the basis of the influence of atmospheric temperature, humidity, wind speed and wind direction. The influence of air pollution control effect is determined according to the variation of pollution index. The experimental results show that the exhaust gas emission from the restaurant is effective in the control of air pollution.
