台湾地区“解严”以来台商对祖国大陆直接投资的时空演进及内在逻辑

摘　　要：台商对祖国大陆(以下简称大陆)直接投资是两岸经济融合发展的关键一环。本研究以台湾地区“投审会”统计月报数据为基础,选用空间自相关法,分析了台商对大陆直接投资的时空分布特征,并结合社会资本理论、政策扩散理论、推拉理论等深入探究台商对大陆直接投资的内在逻辑。文章研究发现:台商对大陆直接投资具体时空分布演变主要是以闽粤两地为“空降点”,逐渐顺东部沿海岸线往北扩展至江苏省,且长期“停留”于最北端的江苏省,最终形成以江苏省与广东省为“中心点”,既可辐射长三角、闽三角及港珠澳又有“剑指”中西部地区的沿长江经济带城市群的空间分布格局;台商对大陆直接投资件数与金额冷、热点的错位变化“基本规律”是先以投资件数做探测再到投资金额热。从两岸关系来看,在短时间内,两岸关系对台商赴大陆直接投资有所影响,但长时间内大陆仍是台商直接投资的“高地”,且从台商对大陆直接投资热点省(市)的经验来看,吸引台商投资政策有着重要作用,但两岸交流与文化等软实力也不容忽视。Taiwan Direct Investment(TDI)in the mainland is a key part of the economic integration and development of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.Based on the monthly statistics of January 1991 to June 2018 of the investment review committee of Taiwan’s“ministry of economic affairs”,this paper analyzes the evolution of Taiwan Direct Investment in the mainland by using spatial autocorrelation and then through social capital theory,policy diffusion theory,push and pull theory to explores what the inner logic of direct investment in China's Mainland.The results show that:from the dynamic analysis of multiple points in time,it can be seen that the evolution pattern of the specific spatial distribution of Taiwan direct investment to the mainland:with Fujian and Guangdong at first,than along South-East coastline gradually expands to Jiangsu Province,and long-term stop in the northernmost of Jiangsu Province,eventually formed Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province as the“central point”,the spatial distribution pattern is radiate to urban agglomerations of Hokkien Golden Triangle,and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and along the Yangtze River economic zone in the central and western regions of China;the“basic rule”of the number of Taiwan direct investments in the mainland and the dislocation of cold and hot spots is to detect the amount of investment by the number of investment first and then to the amount of investment,from the perspective of cross-Strait relations,in a short period of time,cross-Strait relations have had an impact on Taiwan direct investment in the mainland,but for a long time the mainland of the motherland is still the“Highland”of Taiwan direct investment,and the experience of Taiwan direct investment on the Mainland hot spot provinces(cities),attracting Taiwan direct investment policy plays an important role,but the strength of culture and Cross-Strait exchange can not be ignored.
