摘　　要：目的:对比rhGM-CSF凝胶和异种皮在深Ⅱ度烧伤治疗中的应用价值。方法:随机选择2016年2月-2018年2月本院收治的100例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用异种皮治疗,观察组采用rhGM-CSF凝胶治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前创面面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗7、14、21 d后创面面积均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分、TESS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间、医疗费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:深Ⅱ度烧伤患者应用rhGM-CSF凝胶治疗方案,效果明显,安全性高,可明显缓解疼痛感,值得在深入探讨的基础上展开广泛应用。Objective:To compare the application value of rhGM-CSF gel and heterograft skin in the treatment of deepⅡdegree burn.Method:From February 2016 to February 2018,100 patients with deepⅡdegree burn were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with heterogeneous skin,and the observation group was given rhGM-CSF Gel,the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wound area between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The wound areas in the observation group after treatment for 7,14 and 21 d were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the VAS score and TESS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The wound healing time,hospitalization time and medical expenses in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:rhGM-CSF Gel is effective and safe in the treatment of deep second degree burn patients,and can relieve the pain.It is worthy of extensive application on the basis of in-depth discussion.
