摘　　要：蛋白C是由肝脏产生的血浆丝氨酸蛋白酶酶原,其活性形式为活化蛋白C(aPC)。aPC与凝血酶结合,具有抗凝血活性和细胞保护活性。其中,aPC的抗凝血活性受到广泛关注。除抗凝血活性外,aPC还具有一系列细胞保护活性,如抗凋亡、抗炎和调节基因表达等。近年来,许多研究人员在不同的自身免疫性疾病模型体内、体外实验中对炎症反应下aPC所诱导的细胞保护途径进行了研究,揭示了aPC在多种自身免疫性疾病发生发展中的作用,这为一些疾病(糖尿病、类风湿关节炎等)的治疗提供了新方向。Protein C is a serine protease zymogen in plasma produced by liver.Its active form is activated protein C(aPC),which bound with thrombin has anticoagulant activity and cytoprotection activity.Among them,the anticoagulant activity of aPC has attracted extensive attention.In addition to anticoagulant activity,aPC also has a series of cytoprotection activities,including anti-apoptotic,anti-inflammatory and gene expression regulating activities.In recent years,many researchers have studied the cellular protective pathway induced by aPC under inflammation in different autoimmune disease models in vivo and in vitro,and revealed the role of aPC in the occurrence and development of various autoimmune diseases,which provides a new direction for the treatment of some diseases(diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis,etc.).
