摘  要:目的通过绘制可视化科学知识图谱分析白癜风研究热点及前沿和演变路径,为后续相关研究提供参考依据。方法收集1966—2019年Web of Science核心合集数据库白癜风治疗相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.5.R2和VOSviewer1.6.12.0信息可视化软件绘制白癜风各研究主题科学知识图谱,探索白癜风知识基础、合作力量特征、研究热点和前沿演变路径。结果共检索文献1014篇,美国、印度、意大利发文最多,白癜风和非黑素瘤皮肤癌、转移性黑素瘤、药物/生物学/皮肤移植等为研究热点,最前沿研究内容有转移性黑素瘤及单克隆抗体易普利姆玛(ipilimumab)用于治疗晚期黑素瘤等。结论基于Web of Science数据平台的科学知识图谱可视化研究,可以客观地展示白癜风治疗研究领域研究热点和演变路径,对于探索复杂大数据中潜在的科学知识具有重要意义,相关人员可借鉴其研究结果。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontier evolution paths of vitiligo by drawing the scientific knowledge maps,and provide reference for subsequent related research.Methods The literature on the treatment of vitiligo in the Web of Science core collection database from 1966 to 2019 was collected.CiteSpace 5.5.R2 and VOSviewer 1.6.12.0 information visualization software were used to draw the scientific knowledge maps of various research topics in vitiligo,and to explore the knowledge base,cooperation strength characteristics and research hotspots and frontier evolution paths of vitiligo.Results A total of 1014 articles were searched,mostly from the United States,India,and Italy.Vitiligo and non-melanoma skin cancer,metastatic melanoma,and drug/biology/skin transplantation were the research hotspots.The most cutting-edge research content was metastatic melanoma and monoclonal antibody(ipilimumab)used to treat advanced melanoma.Conclusion The scientific knowledge map based on Web of Science data platform can be used to objectively demonstrate the research hotspots and evolution paths of vitiligo treatment research,which is of great significance for exploring potential scientific knowledge in complex big data that relevant practitioners can learn from.
