经食道心房调博术在宽QRS波心动过速的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经食道心房调博术在宽QRS波心动过速的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年10月本院收治的宽QRS波心动过速患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行食道联合体表心电图诊断,观察组行经食道心房调博术诊断,对两组患者干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果两组患者接受不同治疗方法后在诊断结果的准确性、心动过速治疗和心律失常复律情况的比较,观察组所有指标均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究所用经食道心房调博术鉴别诊断宽QRS波心动过速患者,诊断结果的准确率较高,能有效改善心动过速的情况,且心律失常复律情况较好,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of transesophageal atrial modulating in wide QRS tachycardia. Methods 80 patients with wide QRS tachycardia admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. In the control group, the esophageal echocardiography and the observation group were respectively diagnosed by esophageal echocardiography and transesophageal atrial modulating, and the observations of the two groups were observed. Indicators were compared. Results There were significant differences in the accuracy of the diagnosis, the treatment of tachycardia and the arrhythmia after treatment with different treatments. All the indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion This study used transesophageal atrial tuning to differentially diagnose patients with wide QRS tachycardia. The accuracy of the diagnosis is high, which can effectively improve the treatment of tachycardia. The arrhythmia is better and more positive. Reliable clinical results are significant and worth promoting.
