改良式扣袢带床笠在人工肝治疗血路管道固定的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床通用的床笠进行改良对人工肝治疗过程中血路管的固定的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月本院收治进行人工肝治疗患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。观察组采用临床通用的床笠进行改良,对照组采用临床通用床单。对患者及医护满意度进行统计分析。结果对照组患者满意度80.00%、医护人员满意度80.91%;观察组患者满意度88.86%、医护人员满意度94.97%,两组结果比较观察组效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式扣袢带床笠对人工肝治疗血管路的固定及患者的舒适度的改善具有积极作用,对同类型血液净化治疗管路的固定也有启示作用,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinically generalized bed bugs on the fixation of blood vessels during artificial liver treatment. Methods 70 patients with artificial liver treatment admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was improved by clinically common bed mattresses, and the control group was treated with clinical universal sheets to treat blood pipelines. Statistical analysis of patient and care satisfaction. Results The satisfaction of the control group was 80.00%, the satisfaction of medical staff was 80.91%. The satisfaction of the observation group was 88.86%, and the satisfaction of the medical staff was 94.97%. The results of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The modified ankle band bed has a positive effect on the fixation of artificial blood vessels and the improvement of patient comfort. It also has implications for the fixation of the same type of blood purification treatment pipeline, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
