摘  要:目的分析脑钠肽(BNP)在小儿心力衰竭诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年4月于本院治疗的心力衰竭患儿35例作为观察组,另选取同期重症肺炎患儿35例作为对照组,所有参与本研究的患儿均于入院清晨抽取空腹肘静脉血3 ml,对血液标本实施离心处理后使用电化学分析法测定血液标本中BNP水平。比较观察组各分期与对照组BNP水平、BNP阳性检出率。结果观察组各分期内BNP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心衰期BNP阳性检出率最高,其次为心衰恢复期,且阳性检出率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患儿病情越严重,BNP水平越高,BNP在诊断心力衰竭中具有较好的特异性,可反映心功能受损程度,可作为临床治疗及预后评估指标。Objective To analyze the application value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in the diagnosis of pediatric heart failure.Methods From January 2016 to April 2019 in our hospital treatment of heart failure patients were admitted as observation group of 35 cases, the selection over the same period in 35 cases of our hospital because of severe pneumonia in children as control group, all children in the study on the morning of admission extraction was fasting venous blood 3 ml, centrifugal treatment for blood specimen after using electrochemical analysis determination of BNP levels in blood samples. The levels of BNP in each stage of observation group and control group were compared, and the BNP positive detection rate in each stage of observation group and control group was analyzed. Results The level of BNP in each stage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). BNP positive rate was the highest in the observation group, followed by the recovery period of heart failure, and the positive rate was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion BNP has a good specificity in the diagnosis of heart failure, which can reflect the degree of cardiac function damage. The more severe, the higher level of BNP, and it can be used as a clinical treatment and prognostic evaluation index.
