摘　　要：目的探讨分析小切口大隐静脉次高位结扎联合腔内微波凝固加聚桂醇局部注射治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的疗效。方法选取2016年11月至2018年11月本院收治的78例下肢静脉曲张患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,给予对照组患者采用传统手术治疗,研究组患者采用小切口大隐静脉次高位结扎联合腔内微波凝固加聚桂醇局部注射治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果在给予两组患者不同治疗干预措施之后,研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口数量均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者腹股沟切口长度为(2.2±0.2)cm,对照组患者腹股沟切口长度为(4.7±0.2)cm,两组患者腹股沟切口长度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为64.51%,对照组患者并发症发生率为94.87%。结论给予下肢静脉曲张患者小切口大隐静脉次高位结扎联合腔内微波凝固加聚桂醇局部注射治疗干预效果显著,可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,对患者造成的损伤比较小,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of small incision ligation of great saphenous vein combined with intracavitary microwave coagulation and local injection of lauromacrogol in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs. Methods 78 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients in control group were given traditional surgical treatment, and the patients in study group were given small incision subhigh ligation of great saphenous vein combined with intravenous microwave coagulation and local injection of polycinnamalol. Clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results After treatment, the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and incision number of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05);The length of the inguinal incision of the study group was(2.2±0.2) cm,while that of the control group was(4.7±0.2) cm, the significant difference in the length of inguinal incision between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The interventional effect of small incision subhigh ligation of great saphenous vein combined with intravenous microwave coagulation and local injection of polycinnamyl alcohol in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities is significant. It can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, and cause less damage to patients, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
