荆肤止痒颗粒联合常规疗法治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效及对炎症水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨荆肤止痒颗粒联合常规疗法治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年1~10月于我院就治的慢性湿疹患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用常规疗法治疗(依匹斯汀口服+丁酸氢化可的松软膏外涂),观察组则加用荆肤止痒颗粒口服治疗,两组疗程均为4周。评价两组临床疗效、炎症指标[白介素10(IL-10)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]水平及不良反应发生情况,并随访至治疗后3个月,统计复发情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平改善效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应率与观察组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后3个月内复发率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荆肤止痒颗粒联合常规疗法治疗慢性湿疹患者效果确切,安全性高,可促进患者炎症指标水平改善,降低复发几率。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of Jingfu Zhiyang granules combined with conventional therapy in treatment of chronic eczema and its effect on inflammation level.Methods 120 patients with chronic eczema who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy(oral administration of epinastine combined with external application of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment)while the observation group was treated with Jingfu Zhiyang granules orally on basis of it.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical curative effects,inflammatory indexes[interleukin-10(IL-10),gamma interferon(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)]levels and adverse reactions were evaluated in the two groups.They were followedup after treatment for three months and the recurrence was counted.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of IL-10,TNF-αand IFN-γlevels in the observation group was better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group within three months after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingfu Zhiyang granules combined with conventional therapy in treatment of chronic eczema has accurate curative effects and high safety.It can improve the level of inflammatory indexes and reduce the recurrence rate.
