扮亲法全程陪护对剖宫产初产妇产后恢复、心理状态及产后泌乳状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扮亲法全程陪护对剖宫产初产妇产后恢复、心理状态及产后泌乳状况的影响。方法选取2018年1~12月我院收治的剖宫产患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予扮亲法全程陪护,比较两组产妇产后恢复情况、护理前后心理状态和泌乳情况。结果观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、平均住院时间、平均阴道出血量分别为(24.56±6.92)h、(15.26±9.31)h、(10.26±2.45)d、(211.38±7.85)mL,均少于对照组的(34.82±10.35)h、(25.36±9.12)h、(21.63±3.84)d、(316.65±10.68)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS评分为(46.85±7.39)分,低于对照组护理后(50.56±8.34)分;观察组初乳时间为(15.43±3.82)h,低于对照组的(25.65±4.62)h;24h内哺乳次数为(11.69±3.91)次,高于对照组的(4.23±2.11)次;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扮亲法全程陪护可有效促进剖宫产初产妇产后恢复,减轻心理压力,促进产后早期泌乳,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the influence of“playing a relative role”full company for unipara on the recovery,psychological state and lactation after cesarean section.Methods 86 cases of cesarean section admitted in our hospital between January and December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given“playing a relative role”full company on the basis of the control group.The recovery of postpartum,mental state and lactation of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results In the observation group,out of bed activity time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and vaginal bleeding volume were(24.56±6.92)h,(15.26±9.31)h,(10.26±2.45)d,(211.38±7.85)mL,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group[(34.82±10.35)h,(25.36±9.12)h,(21.63±3.84)d,(316.65±10.68)mL],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the observation group was(46.85±7.39),which was lower than that of the control group(50.56±8.34);the colostrum time of the observation group was(15.43±3.82)h,which was lower than that of the control group(25.65±4.62)h;the number of breast-feeding within 24 hours was(11.69±3.91)times in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(4.23±2.11);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“playing a relative role”full company can effectively promote unipara postpartum recovery after cesarean section,reduce the psychological pressure,and promote the early lactation,which has clinical application value.
