出院患者对中医护理技术延续护理模式的需求分析

摘　　要：目的探讨出院患者对中医护理技术延续护理模式的需求。方法选取2017年1~12月出院患者3067例,均行中医护理技术延续护理模式需求调查。针对患者的护理需求(中药热奄包、中药封包、中药熏药、中药熏蒸、中药涂擦、中药硬膏热贴敷、灸法、耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷、贴敷疗法、中药熏洗、小儿捏脊)展开分析。结果中医护理技术项目人次数为10133,中药涂擦(6人次)<中药熏蒸(44人次)<中药熏药(51人次)<灸法(76人次)<中药熏洗(111人次)<中药硬膏热贴敷(141人次)<贴敷疗法(143人次)<小儿捏脊(177人次)<耳穴贴压(524人次)<中药封包(703人次)<中药热奄包(2268人次)<穴位贴敷(5889人次)。延续护理服务的选择方式中,其他(98人)<电话指导(412人)<门诊服务(605人)<入户服务(1952人)。延续护理服务行频次分析时,4项护理需求(207人)<3项护理需求(472人)<2项护理需求(818人)<1项护理需求(1570人)。结论出院患者对中医护理技术延续护理模式的需求较高。Objective To explore the discharged patients’demands for the continuous nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.Methods 3067 discharged patients were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 and they were all given survey on the demands of continuing nursing mode of TCM nursing technology.According to the nursing needs of patients(hot package of traditional Chinese medicine,package of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese smoked medicine,herbal fumigation,embrocation of traditional Chinese medicine,hot application of traditional Chinese medicine hard paste,moxibustion,auricular point sticking,acupoint application,sticking therapy,fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine,pediatric chiropractics),analysis was carried out.Results The number of people who applied Chinese medicine nursing technology projects was 10,133.According to the order from small to large,the order was embrocation of traditional Chinese medicine(6 person times),herbal fumigation(44 person times),traditional Chinese smoked medicine(51 person times),moxibustion(76 person times),fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine(111 person times),hot application of traditional Chinese medicine hard paste(141 person times),sticking therapy(143 person times),pediatric chiropractics(177 person times),auricular point sticking(524 person times),package of traditional Chinese medicine(703 person times),hot package of traditional Chinese medicine(2268 person times)and acupoint application(5889 person times).In terms of the selection of continuous nursing service,the order from the smallest to the largest was other(98 persons),telephone guidance(412 persons),outpatient service(605 persons)and household service(1,952 persons).In the frequency analysis of the continuation of nursing services,the order from the smallest to the largest was 4 nursing needs(207 people),3 nursing needs(472 people),2 nursing needs(818 people),1 nursing needs(1570 people).Conclusion Discharged patients have a higher demand f
