摘　　要：目的对鼻声反射以及鼻阻力测量在评定OSAHS患者术前、术后鼻腔狭窄和阻力方面的应用价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2017年1月~2018年6月我院收治的获得临床确诊的OSAHS患者56例作为研究对象,对患者在进行鼻腔扩容术前、术后6个月进行鼻腔容积、鼻阻力、鼻腔最小横截面积、最小横截面距前鼻孔距离等数据进行测量,并对测量结果进行统计学分析。结果56例患者中,轻度OSAHS患者35例,中度OSAHS患者21例。轻度、中度患者术前和术后6个月鼻腔容积、鼻阻力、鼻腔最小横截面积等数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术前术后患者最小横截面距前鼻孔距离比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻声反射可以对鼻腔扩容术OSAHS患者的鼻腔功能进行客观评估,临床价值显著,在临床诊疗中,应对其给予足够的重视。Objective To evaluate and analyze the application values of acoustic rhinometry and nasal resistance measurement in assessing preoperative and postoperative nasal stenosis and resistance in OSAHS patients and to provide valuable reference for future clinical work.Methods 56 patients who were clinically diagnosed as OSAHS and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.The nasal volume,nasal resistance,minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity and the distance from the minimum cross section to the anterior nares were measured before and 6 months after the nasal cavity expansion surgery.The measured results were statistically analyzed.Results Of the 56 patients,35 were mild OSAHS and 21 were moderate OSAHS.There were statistically significant differences in nasal volume,nasal resistance and minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity between the patients with mild OSAHS and patients with moderate OSAHS before and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the distance from the minimum cross section to the anterior nares of patients before and after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Acoustic rhinometry can objectively evaluate the nasal function of patients with OSAHS who undergo nasal cavity expansion surgery and the clinical value is significant.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,adequate attention should be paid to it.
