狂犬病患者在救治和护理过程中的职业防护分析

摘　　要：目的总结医务工作人员在救治和护理狂犬病患者时进行职业防护的重要性,并分析出现职业暴露的原因,给出建议。方法分别总结比较2013年1月~2018年12月在我院进行治疗的10名狂犬病患者资料及在5名医护人员对患者进行治疗的过程中发生职业暴露的具体情况和原因。结果参与救治和护理的7名工作人员中5名出现了职业防护不充分,医护人员出现职业暴露与救治和护理时未采取适当的防护措施相关,另外也与出现职业暴露时的清洁不够彻底及未严格执行规定的防护措施有关。结论让医护工作者认识到职业防护的重要性,强化职业防护相关知识的学习,制订出现职业防护不当后的处理规定,在救治和护理狂犬病患者时进行职业防护是十分重要的。Objective To summarize the importance of occupational protection of medical staff during treatment and nursing for patients with rabies and to analyze the causes of occupational exposure and give recommendations.Methods Data of 10 patients with rabies who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were summarized,and the specific circumstances and causes of occupational exposure during the treatment of patients by five medical staff were compared.Results 5 of the 7 medical staff involved in the treatment and nursing showed inadequate occupational protection.Occupational exposure of medical staff was related to the failure to take appropriate protective measures during treatment and nursing.It was also related to inadequate cleaning at the time of occupational exposure and not strictly implementing prescribed protective measures.Conclusion It is very important to let medical staff realize the importance of occupational protection,strengthen the study of occupational protection related knowledge and formulate the treatment regulations after the occurrence of improper occupational protection during the treatment and nursing of rabies patients for occupational protection.
