摘　　要：目的构建冠心病移动健康管理应用程序(APP)质量评价指标体系,分析评价其质量,以期建立冠心病患者利用移动医疗APP进行疾病自我管理支持模式提供参考。方法2018年10月~2019年8月,以科技接受模型为理论基础,运用文献研究法、小组讨论法、名义小组技术、专家咨询法筛选指标,并通过百分权重法确立各级评价指标权重系数。结果两轮问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.89。两轮咨询后,各级指标变异系数为0.00~0.33,协调系数W界于0.26~0.37(P<0.05),最终形成的评价指标体系包含一级指标6个和二级指标35个。结论本研究就冠心病移动健康管理应用程序质量评价指标初步形成了共识,可在完成信效度验证后作为科学的测评工具。Objective To build the quality evaluation index system of application(APP)for coronary heart disease mobile health management,analyze and evaluate its quality,so as to provide reference for establishing the selfmanagement support mode of coronary heart disease patients using mobile medical app.Methods Based on the acceptance model of science and technology,the index was selected by literature research,group discussion,nominal group technology and expert consultation during the period from October 2018 to August 2019,and the weight coefficients of evaluation indexes at all levels were established by stratified analyse method.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.89.After two rounds of consultation,the coefficient of variation of indicators at all levels was 0.00-0.33,and the coordination coefficient W was between 0.26-0.37(P<0.05).The final evaluation index system consisted of 6 first level indexes and 35 second level indexes.Conclusion This study has initially reached a consensus on the quality evaluation indicators of the mobile health management application for coronary heart disease,and can be used as a scientific evaluation tool after completing the validation of reliability and validity.
