摘　　要：全面提高党建科学化水平,是党的十八大对党建工作提出的总要求和总部署。基层科研院所提高党建科学化水平,抓好党建工作是关键。在党的建设这个系统化工程中,党建工作机制处于十分重要的地位。本文通过对基层科研院所当前党建工作的基本情况调研,客观总结分析党建工作机制现状和存在不足,针对党建工作面临的新形势、新任务和新要求,结合基层科研院所实际,提出探索党建工作新机制的理念、建议和具体措施。To comprehensively improve the scientific level of party building is the general requirement and general plan for party building put forward by the 18th national congress of the Communist Party of China.In order to improve the scientific level of party building,the key is to do a good job in party building.In the systematic project of party building,the working mechanism of party building plays a very important role.Through the investigation of the basic situation of the current party building work of grassroots scientific research institutes,this paper objectively summarizes and analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of work mechanism of the party building.In view of the new situation,new tasks and new requirements faced by the party building work,this paper puts forward the ideas,suggestions and specific measures for exploring the new mechanism of party building work combined with the actual situation of grassroots scientific research institutes.
