摘　　要：本文结合日常工作经验及相关文献资料从试剂配制、样品采集、样品预处理、显色、分光、数据分析各个步骤总结《水质总磷的测定钼酸铵分光光度法》(GB11893-1989)在实际操作中遇到的问题及其解决途径。Based on the daily working experience and related literature, this paper summarizes the problems encountered in the practical operation of total phosphorus by molybdate spectrophotometric determination and its solution from the steps of reagent preparation, sample collection, sample pretreatment, color rendering, spectrophotometry and data analysis.
