养脾丸对脾虚证大鼠模型胃肠及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的通过建立脾虚证大鼠模型,研究养脾丸对模型大鼠胃肠及免疫功能的影响。方法:a.采用灌胃大黄+游泳力竭+隔天禁食建立大鼠脾虚模型,给予不同剂量养脾丸治疗后,检测血浆胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、血清胃泌素(GAS)、血清D-木糖(D-xylose)等相关指标;b.采用100%大黄煎剂灌胃的方法建立小鼠脾虚模型,经不同剂量养脾丸灌胃给药后,检测血清中IgM和IgG含量。结果:a.与空白对照组比较,模型组各指标含量明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),与模型组比较,各给药组可使胃动素、胃泌素等相关主要指标的含量增加(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。b.与空白组比较,脾虚证小鼠廓清指数、吞噬指数以及血清IgG明显降低(P<0.05、P<0.001);与模型组比较,各给药组均可明显提高小鼠廓清指数(P<0.001);养脾丸中、低剂量组可明显提高吞噬指数(P<0.05);四君子颗粒组、养脾丸中、低剂量组可明显提高小鼠血清IgM含量(P<0.05、P<0.01);养脾丸中剂量组还可明显提高血清中IgG含量(P<0.01)。结论:养脾丸具有调节脾虚证所致胃肠激素分泌失调、提高机体免疫功能的作用。Objective to study the effect of yangpi Pill on gastrointestinal and immune function in rats with spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:a.the model of spleen deficiency was established by intragastric administration of rhubarb+exhaustion of swimming+fasting the next day.After the treatment of different doses of yangpi pill,the related indexes of plasma motilin(MTL),asoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),serum gastrin(gas),serum D-xylose(D-xylose)and so on were detected.b.the model of spleen deficiency was established by intragastric administration of 100%Rhubarb decoction The content of IgM and IgG in serum was detected after spleen pill was administrated by gavage.Results:a.compared with the blank control group,the content of each index in the model group was significantly reduced(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001).Compared with the model group,the content of most main indexes,such as motilin and gastrin,was increased in each administration group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001).b.compared with the blank group,the clearance index,phagocytic index and serum IgG of mice with spleen deficiency syndrome were significantly reduced(P<0.05,P<0.001);compared with the model group,the clearance index of mice in each administration group were significantly increased(P<0.001);the phagocytic index of mice in the middle and low dose groups of yangpi pill were significantly increased(P<0.05);the serum Ig of mice in the middle and low dose groups of Sijunzi granule,yangpi pill were significantly increased The content of M(P<0.05,P<0.01)and the content of IgG in serum in the middle dose group of yangpi pill(P<0.01).Conclusion:yangpi pill can regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones and improve the immune function of the body.
