摘 要:为了优化暴马丁香中紫丁香苷的提取工艺,以暴马丁香枝条为实验材料,采用超声提取法,以紫丁香苷提取率为指标对料液比、乙醇浓度、超声功率、超声时间进行单因素实验,并利用响应面法进行三因素三水平的分析,对提取条件进行优化。得到最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶20g/mL,乙醇浓度60.93%,超声功率162.05W,超声时间61.57min,该条件下紫丁香苷提取率为2.3259mg/g。为暴马丁香资源的综合利用提供参考依据。To optimize the extraction process for syringin in branches of Syringa reticulata by ultrasonic extraction.The effect of solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic extraction time on extraction efficiency of syringin was analyzed by single factor test and the extraction conditions of syringin was optimized according to the principle of three-factor three-level response surface method analysis.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio was1∶20 g/mL,ethanol concentration was 60.93%,ultrasonic power was 162.05 W,ultrasonic extraction time was 61.57 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of syringin was 2.3259 mg/g.It provided theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of Syringa reticulata.
