盐酸非索非那定片递减疗法治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析盐酸非索非那定片递减疗法治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的有效性及应用价值。方法抽选2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的40例慢性自发性荨麻疹为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各20例,对照组患者采用盐酸非索非那定片常规治疗,研究组采用盐酸非索非那定片递减疗法,观察两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者临床疗效对比无明显差异(P>0.05),但研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性自发性荨麻疹的临床治疗中,使用盐酸非索非那定片递减疗法可有效降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性,有较高的临床使用价值,值得临床应用推广。Objective To study and analyze the efficacy and application value of fexofenadine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria.Methods 40 cases of chronic spontaneous urticaria admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,20 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets routinely,while those in research group were treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets progressively.Bed efficacy and adverse reactions occurred.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy(P>0.05),but the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria,the use of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,has higher safety,has higher clinical value,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
