摘　　要：人类命运共同体理念有着丰富的国际法实践,全球及区域性诸多多边国际组织已将其作为相关活动或文件的重要原则,双边或区域性的国际活动也在不断吸纳该理念并将其作为行动指南。这些均彰显出构建人类命运共同体理念对国际法实践创新所带来的活力,证明了其与人类发展的趋势和规律相吻合,并将随着国际法活动的丰富和发展,更见其强大的生命力。Since the formation of the concept of constructing a community of shared future for mankind,there has been a wealth of international law practice.Many multilateral international organizations or international activities have taken this concept as an important principle,and bilateral international activities or documents have also absorbed it as a principle.All of these show the vitality brought by the concept of community of shared future for mankind to the innovation of the theory and practice of international rule of law,and prove that it is consistent with the development trend and law of human beings.With the enrichment and development of international law activities,its strong influence and perspectiveness will be more obvious.
