摘 要:基于铝电解烟气净化系统除尘器的传统时序清灰方式存在气流分配不均匀、负压波动大、净化效率和集气效率低等问题,某电解铝厂采用新型清灰方式对传统清灰控制方式进行优化。通过应用实践,新型排序清灰方式可以减小负压波动,使气流更加平稳和氧化铝输送流程更加畅通,集气效率提高16. 3%左右,净化效率提高8%左右。Based on the problems of uneven air distribution,large negative pressure fluctuation,low purification efficiency and low gas gathering efficiency existing in traditional sequence dust cleaning method of dust collector in flue gas purification system of aluminum electrolysis,a new sorting dust cleaning method was adopted to optimize the traditional dust cleaning method in an electrolytic aluminum plant.Through the application practice,the new sorting dust cleaning method could reduce negative pressure fluctuation,and make the flow more stable and the alumina conveying process more smooth,the gas gathering efficiency was increased by about 16. 3%,and the purification efficiency was improved by about 8%.
